Skies clear this afternoon leading to a sunny rest of the week!
PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - Today: We still have a 50% chance of storms and showers to get through today before our skies will start to clear up. Those rain chances will mostly be in the morning hours, however. Temperatures today will be near 80 degrees area wide with winds out of the south and southwest at 5-15 mph.
Tomorrow: Tuesday is forecast to see a 20% chance of rain. Mostly sunny skies will be evident for the majority of the day. High temperature will begin a warming trend with tomorrow’s highs in the low 80s.
Short Term/Long Term: By the midweek an upper-level ridge of high pressure will build in allowing for high temperatures to be in the mid to upper 80s under sunny skies. By the end of the week inland high temperatures will reach the low 90s with sunny to mostly sunny skies continuing to be the theme.
